2023 Back-to-School Sales Tax Holiday starts next week

The 2023 Back-to-School Sales Tax Holiday will begin Monday, July 24 and run through Aug. 6. Consumers can buy qualified school supplies, which include items such as the following:

Certain clothing, footwear and accessories with a sale price of $100 or less per item.

Certain school supplies with a sale price of $50 or less per item.

Learning aids and jigsaw puzzles with a sale price of $30 or less.

Personal computers and related accessories purchased for noncommercial home or personal use with a sale price of $1,500 or less.
