The Urban Land Institute (ULI) selected Strategic Property Partners’ (SPP) Water Street Tampa as one of its 2023 Americas Awards for Excellence, a program that recognizes superior development in the private, public and nonprofit sectors.
Winning projects represent the highest standards of achievement in land use.
“Years of diligent collaboration with public stakeholders and the best consultants in the business resulted in a project that hopes to provide a template for other thoughtful mixed-use development around the country,” SPP Senior Vice President of Development Brad Cooke said.
Water Street Tampa was the only Florida project selected out of ten total.
