Details of Ybor City’s new Gas Worx phase II development are being revealed in new filings with Tampa’s Barrio Latino Commission.
The 50-acre development by Darryl Shaw and KETTLER broke ground in March, but now the public is getting its first look at phase II. Renderings show renovating an existing warehouse at 1301 E. Fourth Ave., which will house a food hall.
Plans also call for a five-story, 140-unit apartment building, plus another six-story building with more than 86,000 square feet of office space as part of the next phase. The first buildings for phase I will be completed in 2024.
