Four penthouse suites have been sold at the 46-story Residences at 400 Central in downtown St. Pete, whose construction has exceeded the half-way point. Three sales worth more than $15 million have occurred in the past month.
“These recent penthouse sales demonstrate the strong interest in living amid the vibrant downtown life of St. Petersburg,” developer John Catsimatidis Sr. said.
Penthouses include views from Tampa Bay to the Gulf of Mexico, and range in size from 2,400 to 4,300 sq. ft., with three or four bedrooms.
The tower has $50 million in sales under contract in the first quarter of 2024.
