The vibrant, four-story complex at 13635 N 12th St. features 61 two- and three-bedroom units serving those within specified Area Median Income requirements.
The project offers on-site amenities and programming, promising not just affordable living but improved quality of life for residents.
The project was funded through several partners, including Hillsborough County, Truist Bank, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, Raymond James and Aetna, a CVS Health Company.
