Developers of The Residences at 400 Central in St. Petersburg recently celebrated a construction milestone known as “topping out,” marking the point in construction where the building became the tallest in the city’s skyline.
When done, the building will stand at 46 stories and, at 515-feet elevation, is expected to be the tallest residential building on the Gulf coast of Florida.
The Residences will occupy a full city block in downtown St. Pete, including 301 luxury condo units, ground-floor retail, restaurants and Class A office space.
The developers are Red Apple Real Estate, with Suffolk Construction and Michael Saunders & Co.
