Andrew W. McLaughlin joins Shutts & Bowen as Partner in Tampa Office

Andrew W. McLaughlin is joining the Shutts & Bowen law firm as a partner in the Corporate Practice Group Tampa office.

“Andy’s depth of experience in employee benefits and his strategic approach to HR counsel will be invaluable to our corporate team and will serve our clients well,” said Amanda Buffinton, Tampa Managing Partner.

McLaughlin assists private, public and non-profit employers on employment discrimination, wrongful discharge, severance issues, wage and hour disputes, employment contracts and employee benefits litigation.

McLaughlin earned an LL.M. and Certificate in Employee Benefits from Georgetown University and his Law Degree from Stetson University College of Law.
