Tampa Bay Chamber announces Andy Mayts as 2022 chair at annual meeting

Last week, the Tampa Bay Chamber held its 136th annual meeting, where it announced its new executive committee and outlined its accomplishments.

Yvette Segura, the 2021 Chamber Chair, passed the role to 2022 Chair Andy Mayts, a partner at Shumaker. The Chamber also presented this year’s H.L. Culbreath Jr. Profile in Leadership Award to John Couris, CEO of Tampa General Hospital.

Segura highlighted the Chamber’s 2021 accomplishments, aligning with the organization’s 10-year plan, Vision 2026.

Tampa Mayor Jane Castor also spoke at the event, and members collected toys for Metropolitan Ministries to help with gift donations to the Holiday Tents.
