Cigar City Cider and Mead has produced more than 100 flavors of its popular ciders and meads since opening in Ybor City in 2014.
Cider maker and mazer Jared Gilbert finds inspiration for his playful flavor combinations from daily life. A trip to the grocery store resulted in the gold medal-winning Rambunctious, a cider featuring gogi, cinnamon, dragon fruit and habanero. A personal favorite is the Homemade Apple Pie cider – so close to the real thing that you can even taste the crust.
