Bucs head into preseason game No. 2 with hopes for a stronger performance

The Buccaneers play their second preseason game Saturday at home against the Tennessee Titans, with a 7:30 p.m. kickoff.

Head coach Bruce Arians will be looking for a sharper game from his team after the ragged performance against Cincinnati resulting in a 19-14 loss. He sharply criticized the tackling — or lack thereof — by his defense.

Linebacker Joe Tyron, the Bucs’ No. 1 draft choice drew praise.

“Joe, he was disruptive,” Arians said. “He showed some stuff. He didn’t get there all the time, but he was disruptive.”

Arians also singled out second-year running back Ke’Shawn Vaughn for strong play.
