Pendry Tower set to break ground this summer

Pendry Residences Tampa, a 37-story luxury hotel and residential tower, is set to break ground this summer in downtown Tampa.

The tower is planning to offer 207 one-to-three bedroom residential units, starting at around the $900,000s. Units will boast floor-to-ceiling windows and private terraces, as well as access to a private residential lobby, an elevator and a rooftop pool.

In the last month, the tower has signed contracts  totaling more than $75 million with future residents, including several penthouse residents. The hotel portion of the tower will feature 220 guestrooms and suites.

Pendry Tampa is expected to open in spring 2025.
