Traveling abroad is getting easier from the Tampa Bay area. Airlines have added a number of direct flights to international destinations from Tampa International Airport, including:
– Amsterdam: Beginning May 23, nonstop flights take off to Amsterdam, Netherlands on Delta.
– London: British Airways has offered daily service to London, but starting Oct. 31, travelers will have options for airlines. Norwegian Air will soon fly direct to London twice a week.
Amsterdam is the fifth European destination to receive service with a direct flight. Over the past few years, the airport has added direct service to Zurich, Panama City, Frankfurt and Reykjavik.
