Where to celebrate Independence Day

Show your patriotic pride on Independence Day in Tampa Bay. Visit the Tampa Red, White and Blue Festival in Channelside’s Cotanchobee Park from 2 to 7 p.m. to hear live music, get a taste of Southern dishes and view a local artist showcase.

In Pinellas County, stop by Clearwater Celebrates America at 4 p.m. for live music, food, drinks and fireworks. Or check out Gulfport’s all-day Fourth of July Celebration for the children’s fishing derby, parade and fireworks.

Or opt for a low-key celebration. View fireworks from nearly any location along the Gulf beaches at dusk.
