Shumaker Tampa Partner Gregory Yadley has been re-elected as secretary of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Small Business Capital Formation Advisory Committee.
Yadley has served as secretary of the committee since 2019. The committee provides the SEC advice and recommendations on Commission rules, regulations and policy matters relating to small businesses.
He is one of three practicing lawyers on the 15-member committee, and previously served on the SEC’s Advisory Committee on Small and Emerging Companies during its entire period of operation between 2011 and 2017.
Yadley has practiced law for over 40 years, and is a line leader at Shumaker.
