The Tampa Bay area is getting a USL Super League women’s team next summer, bringing top-tier professional women’s soccer to Tampa Bay for the first time ever.

But the team needs a name.

Tampa Mayor Jane Castor is asking the community for its ideas, including input on club colors and the team crest.

Ideas can be submitted online at SuperLeagueTampaBay.com from now until Friday, June 16.

Fans can also place deposits for season tickets for just $24 per ticket. Click here to sign up now.

“Our new team will put Tampa Bay at the forefront of women’s sports,” Castor said.
