Survey: Tampa residents embrace hybrid work, want more Riverwalk

by The 100 Companies

Workers are still down for heading to the office, but they’d like some work-from-home flexibility. And they want more of downtown’s Riverwalk.

Those are two findings from the Tampa Downtown Partnership‘s Downtown Worker and Resident survey, which had 2,000+ responses.

The survey found just 8% of downtown workers worked from home in 2022 down from 28% in 2020 and that 43% are using a hybrid work model, up from 34%.

Moreover, 93% of workers and 91% of residents said they would like to see the Tampa Riverwalk extended. More than a third of respondents listed it as Tampa’s greatest asset.
