According to a University of Scranton study, only 8 percent of people who make a New Year’s resolution actually follow through.
“If you struggle meeting goals, just move the goalpost,” Best Life suggests in its recent article, “30 New Year’s resolutions you’ll actually stick to this year.”
Here are a handful of resolutions that should be easy to keep in 2019:
– Stand for at least an hour each day.
– Call your parents once a week.
– Sleep an extra hour each night.
– Cook more often and drink more water.
– Get a new pillow.
– Be more polite.
– Get a hobby (or two).
