There are few places along Tampa Bay left for new residential and commercial development, especially on the waterfront. One unique development taking shape now, located in South Tampa, is the Westshore Marina District.
The 52-acre master-planned community, located south of Gandy Boulevard, has 1.5 miles of walkable waterfront plus three parks and jogging trails. It will also include retail and restaurant space once it is complete.
As part of the newest residential options in the District, WCI is now selling three-story luxury townhomes starting in the $400s in Inlet Park, the first phase of its townhomes.
