The Bayshore Boulevard home of legendary Grand Prix racer Jason Bell hit the market – but it’ll cost you $6 million.

Located at 2902 West Fair Oaks Avenue, the 8,525-square-foot home has five bedrooms, nine bathrooms and two garages equipped with electric vehicle charging stations.

“Tampa race car champion Jason Bell and his family have done a spectacular job making this property feel both luxurious and homey,” said Realtor Jennifer Fuddy.

Bell, who races under the Aston Martin racing brand, is a USF alumni. Bell won the St. Pete Grand Prix in 2021, and is the 2021 GT America GT4 Champion.
