Boatswain’s Mate 3rd Class Devin Parido folded the United States flag in honor of the ship’s namesake, Hershel “Woody” Williams, who died on June 29 at the age of 98.
Williams earned a Medal of Honor for his heroism during the Battle of Iwo Jima.
