Pendry Hotels and Resorts has partnered with Two Roads Development, announcing plans for Pendry Tampa – a five-star, full-service destination hotel with 220 guestrooms and 207 hotel-serviced condominiums on the floors above.
Guests and residents will have full access to amenities including luxurious cafes, restaurants and spa services. Pendry Tampa will be ideally situated at the epicenter of the acclaimed Tampa Riverwalk, a 2.4-mile-long waterfront pathway through the downtown arts and business districts.
Pendry Residences, from one to three bedrooms, will range from $900,000 to $3 million. A sales gallery recently opened, and Realtors are presently going directly to sales contracts.
