The first stages of construction have kicked off at the Altura Bayshore tower site.
Altura Bayshore will be a 23-story tower overlooking Tampa’s Bayshore Boulevard, with residences ranging from $1.3 million to $3.4 million for homes spanning up to 3,575-square-feet. Smith & Associates Real Estate LLC is leading sales.
The first phase will be constructing a parking garage for employees of the office building next door, to be completed March 2022.
The second phase will be construction of the luxury condo tower, including a one-of-a-kind rooftop amenity deck and pool overlooking Bayshore Boulevard. Connor & Gaskins Unlimited of Naples is the general contractor.
