Tampa General Hospital has entered into a definitive agreement with Bravera Health network, including Bravera Health Brooksville, Spring Hill and Seven Rivers and their related businesses through Community Health Systems.
The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and is expected to close later this year.
The to-be-acquired facilities in Citrus and Hernando counties served more than 300,000 patients last year. The services included emergency, orthopedics, cardiology, general surgery and more.
