Luxury homebuyers want a private sanctuary

Yes, luxury homebuyers want architecturally distinctive homes and diverse recreational opportunities in their communities. But they also want space between their home and neighbors, so they can create their own private sanctuary.

Meeting this demand, luxury homebuilder WCI is expanding in the area with eight new communities. These include homes on half-acre sites in Lutz, communities in the fast-growing Wiregrass area of Pasco County, townhomes in the Westshore Marina District, homes on the Manatee River in Palmetto, and residences in a private enclave, Ruskin’s Southshore Yacht Club.

Prices range from the upper $200,000s to over $1 million.
