The Florida Orchestra brings classical music into the community with the return of its Pops in the Park concert series this month.
See the orchestra at St. Petersburg’s Vinoy Park on Oct. 21, Tampa’s River Tower Park on Oct. 22, and Clearwater’s Coachman Park on Oct. 23. All shows are free and begin at 7 p.m.
Enjoy everything from symphonic favorites like Tchaikovsky’s “1812 Overture,” to music from “Harry Potter” and “Star Wars,” to variations on the “Happy Birthday” tune in honor of the orchestra’s 50th anniversary.
Don’t forget to bring a canned good donation for Tampa Bay Harvest.
