The proposed on-campus football stadium at the University of South Florida (USF) will cost $340 million, according to a board of trustees finance committee agenda, reported on by the Tampa Bay Times.
Documents show the school will seek approval for $200 million in debt over 20 years with a fixed taxable interest rate of 5.5%.
The remaining funding would come from USF, including $50 million from the USF Foundation, $31 million from a USF trust fund, $34 million from auxiliary funds and proceeds from a TV broadband auction and $25 million in cash contingent on a broadband license sale.
