Tampa Bay in the running for another Women’s Final Four

Tampa Bay’s Amelie Arena has been selected as one of the six finalists to host the NCAA Women’s Final Four from 2027 through 2031.

The premier women’s basketball event has already been here three times and will pay a record fourth visit to Amalie Arena in 2025.

“Each time we’ve had the honor of hosting the NCAA Women’s Final Four, all of Team Tampa Bay has come together to work diligently to raise the bar for the visiting student-athletes and fans,” Tampa Bay Sports Commission Executive Director Rob Higgins said.

The other finalists include Columbus, Dallas, Indianapolis, Portland, Sacramento and San Antonio.
