The Maxwell Football Club has named Buccaneers Coach Bruce Arians the 32nd Greasy Neale Professional Coach of the Year Award.
He was announced as the winner on March 25, but the Club canceled its usual awards gala because of the pandemic. Arians, who led the Bucs to the 2021 Super Bowl, joins Tony Dungy as the only coaches in Bucs history to win the award.
Arians has now won it three times and is the only person to win it with three different teams. He won Coach of the Year with the Indianapolis Colts in 2012 and Arizona Cardinals in 2014.
