Construction crews have begun clearing and prepping the site of the anticipated luxury condo tower The Residences at 400 Central amid strong sales of units.
Crews are preparing the site for the drilling of foundation piles for the 46-story tower, which is expected to be the tallest residential building on Florida’s Gulf Coast. This phase is needed for the insertion of 88 steel-reinforced concrete foundation pilings.
Infrastructure work on First Avenue North is expected to start in early May and last two to three weeks.
The tower is set to hold 301 condominiums, with one-to-four-bedroom units and custom penthouses.
