Two national retailers sign leases in Water Street Tampa’s Sparkman Wharf

Strategic Property Partners, the developers of Water Street Tampa, have announced leases with two national retailers at Sparkman Wharf.

The newly signed retailers – BODYROK and The Covery – offer wellness and fitness services.

The news follows a recent announcement of the expansion of ReliaQuest corporate headquarters at Thousand & One, as well as new leases signed at Sparkman Wharf to premier container service provider Boasso Global and Future Tech Career Institute.
