Freshman Sen. Nick DiCeglie, no stranger to the Florida Legislature after serving in the House since 2018, could be a boon to the Tampa Bay area with committee leadership roles and powerful committee assignments.
The Indian Rocks Beach Republican was tapped to lead the Senate Transportation Committee and to serve as the No. 2 on the Banking and Insurance Committee.
“I’m excited to use my experience as a local business owner to strengthen our economy and protect the principles of free enterprise and individual liberty which makes our state great,” DiCeglie said.
DiCeglie will also serve on several other committees.
