Going all-in on team-building

Talk about team-building: Ten of the creative pros at Big Sea recently went all-in to show their commitment to the St. Petersburg marketing agency, getting small “anchor” tattoos at Evil Don Tattoos.

Why did they do this? Big Sea’s Instagram post tells why:

“Workplace culture is more than ping pong tables and beer on Friday afternoons. It’s not dogs in the office or memes in Slack. … (The tattoo) reminds us every day that our culture, that the time we spend together, that the work we do is making a permanent mark – now, in both tangible and intangible ways.”
