The Hotel Nacional, a drink named for the hotel in Havana, Cuba, is the perfect summertime drink. Made with with Cana Brava rum, peach liquor, and pineapple and lime juices, it was sweet and refreshing on a hot day.
If you like whiskey, try its Sazerac from the historic Grunewald Hotel in New Orleans. The bar was lined with this variation of the Old Fashioned during a recent visit.
