Buzz is building around one of St. Petersburg’s newest restaurants – The Peabody, nestled in the Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital campus. Created by the family behind Tampa’s Oxford Exchange, The Peabody offers a variety of sit-down and takeaway options.
Our favorites:
– Hickory salmon: Served with herb crème fraiche, lemon relish and toast points, this shareable appetizer is sure to please.
– Burrata pesto flatbread: Full flavor in every bite, including onion, mushrooms, arugula and pesto.
– Noodle salad: Not quite a salad with its sweet potato noodles base, this dish packs a punch with grilled shrimp, kimchee and peanut dressing.
