The Knight Parade returns on Saturday, Feb. 9, giving parade-goers a night to celebrate Tampa’s civic pride.
The Knight Parade, organized by the Krewe of the Knights of Sant’ Yago, has been a Tampa tradition since the early 1970s. The parade features lighted floats, marching bands, packed crowds and, of course, plenty of beads.
The parade kicks off at 7 p.m. and rolls down Seventh Avenue in historic Ybor City. Mayor Bob Buckhorn serves as this year’s grand marshal, with celebrity Steve Wilkos as a special guest.
The parade is free, but for better views, purchase bleacher seats.
