The fourth annual SHINE Mural Festival returns to St. Petersburg on Oct. 6-14. The project, which is organized by the St. Petersburg Arts Alliance, showcases the power of art by inviting local and global artists to reinvent public areas.
One of the notable artists who will be at the festival is Haider Ali, a Pakistani artist who is known for his elaborate floral pattern paintings on vehicles. He will paint a car in three days outside the Museum of Fine Arts, St. Petersburg.
Other noteworthy artists who will be at the festival include DAAS, Matthew Hoffman and Cecilia Lueza.
