One thing not trending this June? “Dad bods.” June is National Men’s Health Month, and because it’s never too early to be proactive about your health, here are some ways you can take charge:
– Go to your doctor for checkups and screenings early and often.
– Exercise, exercise, exercise. With summer starting, you have nice weather to help you get out and be active.
– Be aware: Know if your blood pressure and cholesterol numbers are in the target range.
Host a Wear BLUE day to raise awareness for National Men’s Health Month. National Men’s Health Week takes place June 11-17.
