Blue Sky Communities and Community Assisted and Supported Living (CASL) launched Jacaranda Place, a $20.2M affordable housing project in Port Charlotte, Florida, that features 88 units.

This initiative, aimed at alleviating the area’s affordable housing needs, was realized via collaborations with various funders, including the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, TD Bank, Raymond James and Charlotte County.

Units are available at 40% and 60% of area median income. Half of the residences are reserved for disabled individuals and 20% are for those experiencing homelessness.

The site’s amenities include a pool, training rooms and on-site laundry. Carteret Management will manage the property.
