Women Executive Leadership Florida is hosting Shelley Broader, President and CEO of Chico’s FAS, Inc. for a community conversation Sept. 20 at St. Petersburg’s Renaissance Vinoy. Among the topics: how leaders’ emotional intelligence is key to inspiring employees.
Ms. Broader will also talk about risk-taking, paying it forward and career pivots. Marty Petty of the MPetty Group will moderate the conversation.
Broader previously held executive positions at Walmart, Michaels and Sweetbay. In her current role, she has dramatically increased women representation on both Chico’s FAS executive management team and its board of directors, a topic they will also discuss.
