As organizations get bigger, leadership teams should look for ways to keep a personal connection with employees.
USAmeriBank executives realized this, and wanted something beyond a typical newsletter or intranet. The solution: “Cup of Joe,” a quarterly video with bank CEO Joseph Chillura.
The videos feature Joe, often joined by employees, out in the community visiting with customers. This approach is an engaging way for Joe to update employees on the bank’s performance instead of speaking into the camera at a faceless audience. “Cup of Joe” makes it feel as if Joe is talking with employees, rather than at them.
