Support for Local Women Entrepreneurs

by

Over the past decade, women-owned businesses have grown five times faster than the national average, with Florida leading the way.

Working Women of Tampa Bay supports local female entrepreneurs through its collaborative community and network of 700+ members. The group provides education and connections through seminars, workshops, luncheons and more.

The organization’s Foundation also offers seed money, ranging from $500-$1,000. The grants are given to women entrepreneurs who need a hand starting a new business or project.

The Foundation awarded $4,000 last year, and hopes to give $10,000 this year. Applications are open all year.
