Valentine’s Day used to be all about candy hearts and chocolate for me. Since joining the American Heart Association’s Circle of Red Society, I associate the holiday with the life-giving organ.
As my involvement grew, I realized I needed to prioritize my health. I rediscovered my love of fitness and started making healthier meal choices. Orangetheory has become a can’t-miss commitment, and I’m eating more fruits and vegetables and leaner meats.
These changes help manage my stress and lower my blood pressure. Please join me in making one heart-healthy change this month – you’ll be glad you did.
