Tech Company Improves Workplace Wellness

An early-stage health technology company is vying for a piece of the $30+ billion fitness and wellness industry.

Peerfit encourages workplace wellness by providing a digital platform for employers to offer employees variety and flexibility in their fitness regimes. Through Peerfit, companies offer passes to their employees to use as they enroll in classes offered by a network of fitness studios across the country.

Tampa-based Florida Funders, which makes investing easier for accredited investors and increases accessibility to early-stage capital, recently completed a $400,000 investment in Peerfit as part of a larger $2.25M funding round.
