Other National Football League teams have taken notice of Bucs Offensive Coordinator Byron Leftwich and Defensive Coordinator Todd Bowles.

Both men interviewed for the head coaching position in Jacksonville, and the Chicago Bears asked to speak to them after firing Matt Nagy as their head coach.

Bowles was 24-40 in four years as the head coach of the New York Jets before joining the Bucs. Leftwich, a former No. 1 draft pick in Jacksonville, has made no secret that he wants to be a head coach.

The Bucs will host the Philadelphia Eagles Saturday in a wild card playoff game.
