Bucs lose key player for the season

by The 100 Companies

Tampa Bay Bucs receiver Chris Godwin suffered a season-ending torn anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee during Sunday night’s 9-0 loss to New Orleans.

Coach Bruce Arians said two other offensive mainstays, receiver Mike Evans and running back Leonard Fournette, are still being evaluated for hamstring injuries they had during the game.
Linebacker Lavonte David also injured a foot late in the game.

There is some good news, though. Bucs’ receiver Antonio Brown and safety Mike Edwards returned to practice Monday after being held on a three-game suspension for COVID-19 violations, including falsifying their vaccination status to the team.
