For the third consecutive season, USF football did not qualify for a post-season bowl game. But that just makes the stakes higher for the Bulls as they prepare for the final game of their season Friday against arch-rival UCF in Orlando.
The game kicks off at 3:30 p.m., with the Bulls viewing this as their bowl game. A victory would give them momentum as they head into the off-season.
The Bulls had respectable showings in recent weeks against highly ranked Cincinnati and Houston, showing that they are becoming more competitive as Coach Jeff Scott seeks to rebuild the program.
