Ready to launch that employee fitness challenge you’ve been planning? Not so fast.
The first and most important step to starting a wellness program is collecting input from your team. If they weren’t involved in the initial decision, take a step back and find out what is important to them.
Start by asking open-ended questions. For example, “How can our company better support you with your own personal and professional well-being?”
One important thing to remember: The only thing worse than not asking for feedback is getting feedback and doing nothing with it. Be ready to take action.
