Work deadlines, demands at home, hanging with friends. Sometimes it seems as if the world is spinning so quickly that you can’t fit in a run.
But you can. Try this 10-minute workout to keep you on track with your fitness goals. Start by jogging easily for a minute and then steadily increase your speed through the duration of the workout.
When you reach the eighth minute, you should be going at your 5- or 10-K race pace. Back off for the last minute of your workout, then cool down on the walk to your next destination. Easy!
