Goat Yoga Is Not a Baaaaad Time

by

Baby goats in pajamas and fainting goats are some of the adorable farm animals enjoying a viral moment. Local farms like Hat Trick Ranch in Thonotosassa and Geraldson Community Farm in Bradenton are using goats’ popularity to their benefit by teaming with certified yoga instructors.

During goat yoga, goats roam around during the yoga practice. Sometimes the goats nibble on the mats, bleat loudly or climb onto people’s backs during poses.

It may sound odd, but the classes routinely sell out. At $20-$30 per class, goat yoga is a fun novelty experience, but serious yogis may want to pass.
