Fans of locally grown produce at St. Petersburg’s Saturday Morning Market have a new way to get their fresh fix without traveling downtown every weekend.
Kale, carrots, berries and other produce typically found at the market are now available online. Place an order online between noon Sunday and 8 p.m. Tuesday, then pick up your groceries Thursday between 4:30 and 7 p.m. at Baum Avenue Market, 1113 Central Ave., or Mother Kombucha, 4360 28th St. N.
The website includes more than 10 vendors that also offer items like fresh-baked bread, specialty teas and homemade soups.
